Below is the ultimate example of "because I'm lazy" coding. At work there are 4 different PCs at my desk, all having a password protected screen saver that can not be disabled unless you are a system administrator. This code was created to keep all of my machines active while I am by them so that I can save time by not having to enter my password in to each box as the screen lock occurs.

It's that wonderful time of year that all developers love....Performance appraisals and determining goals for the upcoming year. How do you define quantifiable goals for software development?
